Signs and symptoms include abnormal vaginal bleeding, usually after coitus, possible discharge, and pain in the abdomen/pelvis.
A pelvic examination, pap test, or ultrasound may warrant a biopsy to reach diagnosis. If a gynecological cancer diagnosis is found, imaging studies such as CT, MRI, or PET scans can conclude the extent of the disease.
